LoanCalcNow.com ("we", "our", or "the site") provides free online loan and mortgage calculators. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

LoanCalcNow.com is designed to work entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into the EMI, Mortgage, or Personal Loan calculators (loan amount, interest rate, tenure, etc.) are processed locally using JavaScript and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you close or refresh the page, this input data is gone.

The only server-side processing we perform is a lightweight, anonymous IP-based country lookup (via api/detect_country.php) used solely to guess whether to show you the EMI (India) or Mortgage (Global) calculator by default. This lookup does not store your IP address or any personal identifier.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your manually selected currency (INR, USD, GBP, or AUD) so you don't have to re-select it on your next visit. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third-party services we use (Google Analytics and Google AdSense, see below) may set their own cookies in your browser. We do not control these cookies directly — see the relevant Google policies linked below for details.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — for example, which calculator mode is used most, average session duration, and general geographic region of visitors. This data is anonymized and aggregated; it is not used to identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

LoanCalcNow.com displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
