About LoanCalcNow.com
LoanCalcNow.com was built to answer one simple question quickly and accurately: "What will my monthly payment actually be?" — whether that's an EMI on a home or car loan in India, or a mortgage payment in the US, UK, or Australia.
Why We Built This
Most loan calculators online are cluttered, slow, or hide the numbers you actually care about behind ads and pop-ups. LoanCalcNow.com is a single, fast page — results update live as you move the sliders, with no page reloads and no login required.
Who's Behind LoanCalcNow
LoanCalcNow.com was created in 2026 by Ramanathan, a Software Engineer and Solutions Architect with 20+ years of experience across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Industrial Automation. Frustrated by slow, cluttered loan calculators, he built the fast, no-nonsense one he wanted himself. Read more on the author page or connect on LinkedIn.
We are not a bank, broker, or lender. We don't sell loans, we don't earn commissions from any financial institution, and we never ask you to sign up. The site is free to use and supported by advertising. Every calculator, FAQ, and guide here is written and reviewed in-house, and we update the content as interest rates and lending rules change.
Formula Accuracy
Our EMI calculations use the standard reducing-balance formula used by Indian banks:
EMI = P × r × (1+r)ⁿ / ((1+r)ⁿ - 1)
Where P is the principal loan amount, r is the monthly interest rate, and n is the total number of monthly installments. Our mortgage calculator uses the equivalent standard amortization formula used by US and UK lenders, with optional property tax and insurance escrow added on top.
We validate our engine against the standard banking formulas and a fixed set of worked examples, so your monthly payment, total interest, and amortization schedule stay accurate to within standard rounding.
Your Privacy
Every number you enter stays in your browser. We don't store your loan amount, income, or any personal financial detail on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Not Financial Advice
LoanCalcNow.com provides estimates for planning purposes only. Actual rates, fees, and terms vary by lender — always confirm final numbers with your bank before signing any agreement.
