Contact Us
Spotted a calculation that looks wrong, found a bug, or want to suggest a calculator we do not have yet? Use the form below, or email contact@loancalcnow.com directly. Every message is read by a person — LoanCalcNow.com is operated by Ramanathan, based in India.
What we can help with
LoanCalcNow is a set of calculators, so the things we can actually be useful about are narrow and worth stating plainly:
- A figure that looks wrong. If a result does not match your lender’s statement or another calculator, tell us and we will check the arithmetic. This is the most valuable message you can send us.
- How a formula works. Every calculator uses a standard, published formula, and we are happy to explain exactly which one and why a particular number comes out the way it does.
- Bugs and accessibility problems. Something that does not work on your device, with a screen reader, or at your text size.
- A calculator we are missing, or a rate or statutory figure that has gone out of date.
- Using a calculator on your own site. See the embed page first — it is free and needs no permission.
What we cannot help with
We are not a lender, a broker, or a financial adviser, and we have no relationship with any bank named on this site. That means we cannot tell you whether to take a particular loan, recommend one lender over another, quote you a rate, tell you what you will be approved for, or intervene in an application or dispute with a bank. Our results are estimates produced from the numbers you enter — your lender’s figures are the ones that count. For advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified adviser.
If you are reporting a wrong number
This is the one case where detail genuinely speeds things up. Please include which calculator you used, the exact inputs you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected along with where that expectation came from — a lender’s statement, a sanction letter, another tool. Most reported discrepancies turn out to be a difference in what is being counted rather than a fault in the arithmetic: a mortgage payment that includes taxes and insurance against one that does not, a flat rate compared with a reducing-balance one, or a processing fee applied differently. Knowing your source lets us tell which it is quickly.
Before you write
A fair number of questions are already answered on the site. Each calculator page carries its own FAQ covering how that particular calculation works, and the guides explain the reasoning behind the numbers — why a flat rate costs far more than the same reducing-balance rate, what a credit score band is actually worth in rupees, when refinancing does and does not pay. If your question is “why is this number what it is”, the answer is often there already.
What happens to what you send
Your message and email address are used to reply to you and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form, and we do not sell or share what you send. The privacy policy sets out the detail, including how long messages are kept and how to ask for one to be deleted. Please do not send account numbers, card details, passwords, or copies of identity documents — we never need them, and this form is not the place for them.
Response times
This is a small site run by one person, so replies are usually within a few working days rather than the same hour. Reports of a wrong figure get looked at first, because if a calculation is wrong it is wrong for everyone using it.
